OMS Middle School Cheer uses this portal to collect coach evaluations and share released feedback with each athlete’s family.

Information in the portal

Administrators enter the athlete’s first name, last initial, parent or guardian email, and optional grade. Coaches add skill ratings and comments. Staff names, approved emails, optional profile photos, sign-in records, and notification records support access and operation. Coach profile photos are visible to the photo owner and administrators.

Who can see feedback

Coaches can evaluate athletes assigned to them, review submitted evaluations from other assigned coaches, and revise their own evaluations before release. Unsubmitted drafts are visible only to their author and administrators. Administrators manage the roster, review evaluations, and release feedback. Families sign in with their registered email and can view only released feedback linked to that email.

Email and service providers

Notification emails link to Family Portal; they do not include ratings or coach comments. Sign-in codes verify access to the registered email. The portal uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for its database and sign-in service, Resend for feedback notification emails, and Cloudflare for domain services.

Questions or corrections

Contact your cheer program administrator if a parent email needs correction, an athlete is missing, you have a question about feedback, or you want to discuss removal of a record. Do not send sign-in codes to a coach or share them in a message.
